  • daily you should drink from one and a half to two liters of clean water without gas;

The next version of the protein-vegetable diet for weight loss is quite tough. As usual, carbohydrate foods such as pasta, cereals, sugar and starchy vegetables are prohibited. Basic foods are vegetables and protein. Alcohol is prohibited, but water and tea can be drunk in unlimited quantities.

The next option is the marathon diet, which is designed for 4-6 weeks. The food is fractional. It is necessary to drink two liters of pure water per day. In a week, you can lose 3-6 kilograms. The daily diet consists of:

  • 1 egg;
  • 100 g of cottage cheese, fish or lean meat;
  • 100 g lean meat;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • vegetables in unlimited quantities, with the exception of potatoes.
