A hearty breakfast in general, according to Ehret, is an unhealthy and unnatural habit, since early in the morning, after hours of sleep, a person does not want to eat solid food at all. Just skipping a hearty breakfast can cure minor illnesses.

You should start every morning with freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice, then prepare a salad of carrots, spinach and herbs. For lunch and dinner, the same products are allowed, but not only raw - they can be marinated, stewed and boiled.

It is allowed to eat dried rye bread with. Such a selection of products will perfectly cleanse the systems and tissues of the body, improve internal organs and skin. You don't have to drink a lot on a mucusless diet because fruits and vegetables contain plenty of fluids. As a hot drink, the system offers vegetable broths.

Advantages and disadvantages of the Eret system

The disadvantages of a mucusless diet may not be felt if properly prepared for the transition.
